Project Cancellation And Refund Policy.

If the client want to halts work with Kivos Webmasters and ICT Solutions Nigeria any any point in time, he/she has to apply by a written letter for the refund. This will enable us ensure proper documentation of our opertaions. And if the client operates onbehalf of a company, then the company letterhead must be used to send the letter. Processing of such letters may take up to 7 working days.

Project Cancellation Within 7days

If the request for project cancellation is within 7days of signing the contract (which also may be replaced by the client paying for the Startup/upfront fee either by cash or bank deposit) and before the commencement of any visible/provable work, only half of the first part payment is refundable. For example, if the first part-payment of the project is N50, 000 only, the client is entitled to receive N25, 000 only if he/she request for the project cancellation within 7days of the signing (which also may be replaced by the client paying for the Startup/upfront fee either by cash or bank deposit) before the commencement of any visible/provable work.

Project Cancellation After 7days

Moreover, if he/she applies for a refund after 7days of signing (which also may be replaced by the client paying for the Startup/upfront fee either by cash or bank deposit) and commencement of the project, there shall be no-refunds whatsoever. This is because Kivos Webmasters And ICT Solutions Nigeria usually spend this first-part payment on acquiring some of the elements needed to proceed with the execution of the project which are paramount for its development.

The client should be aware that commencement of the project begins on the very date and time when the GTB Payment Notification Alert is received by Kivos Webmasters And ICT Solutions Nigeria or a physical cash deposit is made.

Refund Processing

The client should aware that all refunds takes up to 7 working days to complete.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then you may have to also contact your credit card company (if refund was issued online), it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
